As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and converting potential clients, driving growth for our serviced accommodation business. You will be a key player in connecting with individuals seeking temporary housing solutions and guiding them towards utilizing our Airbnb type services.
Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Lead Generation: Proactively source leads through various channels, including online platforms, networking, and targeted outreach, focusing on potential tenants within the UK market.
Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement effective lead nurturing strategies to build relationships with potential clients, providing valuable information about our services and fostering their interest.
Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads into bookings by demonstrating the benefits of our serviced accommodations and successfully guiding them towards utilizing our Airbnb services.
Tenant Follow-up: Maintain communication with Airbnb tenants throughout their stay, addressing any inquiries or concerns, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor analysis, and evolving customer preferences to inform lead generation strategies and service offerings.
Data Analysis: Track lead generation metrics, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement, contributing to ongoing optimization of lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in lead generation within the UK market, ideally within the hospitality or accommodation sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships and building trust.
