About The Role:
As our CPA, you will be responsible for a full function of accounting services to individuals, businesses, and organizations. You are responsible for ensuring financial statements are accurate, tax obligations are met, and regulatory compliance is maintained. A CPA is an essential part of financial operations, providing advice on tax strategy, financial planning, auditing, and business performance.

Your Main Assignment Responsibilities Will Include:
Financial Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
Analyze financial data to identify trends, issues, or opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
Tax Preparation and Planning: Prepare GST, federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, businesses, and non-profits.
Manage function of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, credit card reconciliation, general ledger and others.
Keep current on tax laws, regulations, and changes to ensure compliance and offer strategic guidance.
Conduct internal and external audits for clients to ensure financial accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Review internal controls, procedures, and financial systems to detect any issues and recommend improvements.
Prepare audit reports and present findings to stakeholders or management.
Assist clients in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Provide insight into cost management, investment strategies, and capital structure.
Ensure all financial activities and reports comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Monitor changes in financial regulations and adjust practices accordingly to maintain compliance.
Design and implement internal control systems to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate reporting.
Stay current on changes in accounting standards, tax laws, and industry best practices.
Assist in payroll as needed by the clients.
Qualifications:
CPA certification/license required.
Strong and proven experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
Proficiency with accounting tools (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero, MYOB, Sage)
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and tax laws.
Excellent problem-solving skills, proactive and attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple client accounts or projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and other financial software tools.
Strong interpersonal skills to work with clients and internal teams.
